General Comments
The fact that you can't actually speak to anyone on the phone at interlink set alarm bells ringing. I've never seen that with a courier firm, there is no CS number anywhere and the number they do give is fully automated! Needless to say my delivery didn't arrive when they stated, the online redelivery option facility would be great if anyone bothered to do anything with the requests, they seem to to disappear into the same black hole as the parcels they are trying to deliver. Why use this useless company when there are so many others at the same price? I will not be using them again...
