ordered a dongle for lap top from Dial-a-Phone. got it ok no problem there.tried to claim redeption they say they have not received it .there service is rubbish only problem is we still have another lot of hassle to come to get the first redemption and then two more after that we are rating them 1 only because we had no delivery problems
