WHERE DO I START?!
General Comments
Furniture at Work are an appalling comany. They don't have the first idea about customer service. I ordered a desk on 15 May 2009 believing it would arrive, in accordance with their standard delivery terms within 5 to 10 days. Having heard nothing nearly 3 weeks I telephoned them and was told that the desk was in stock and would be delivered by the end of the week. The desk didn't arrive. I phoned them today to be told that it was not in stock and would take a further 7 weeks to arrive!!! They could give no explanation as to why I was previously told it was in stock and would be delivered by the end of the week. Needless to say I have requested an immediate refund which I am told could take up to 7 days
