General Comments
Office Supermarket is some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered...bad even for the UK! I was originally told that I would have my desk delivered on Saturday, the following day I was contacted and told I wouldn't get a Saturday delivery. At this point it was also determined that they messed up my order and despite repeatedly trying to get in touch with customer service (email and telephone) I have not recieved any contact or my goods. I am currently trying to cancel the order but don't seem able to do that so I guess a solicitor is the only way forward.
