fast response to support enquiries, reliable service, good anti spam system, no hidden costs, lots of features.
Bad Points
telephone service limited to 11am - 3pm Mon-Fri
General Comments
I've been with 4UHosting for four years and never had a problem. If I ever need support I contact them during the day and they usually respond within 10 minutes. There is no telephone support but you can call them if you have an account enquiry. Price is good, lots of useful features like scripts you can install and the email service has been fine. Overall I've been very impressed.
From reading their announcement on Sunday, it seems there was a power failure at their data centre which wasnt their fault - so I dont blame them in any way for my site being offline on saturday. These things happen.
