Product price in the market place is very good

Product quality isn't very good if you cant get right a simple button and hole arrangement!
General Comments
I ordered an all season Luxury Hungarian Down duvet set from Duvet and Pillow Warehouse, which consists of a 9.0 tog and 4.5 tog duvet which can be joined together.
Here is where the trouble started. The first set delivered no matter what orientation was tried the buttons on the 9.0 tog would not match the holes in the 4.5 tog.
Customer service arranged for a collection and subsequent new delivery.
But the second set has exactly the same issue!!!!
