Fantastic sound quality; brilliantly detailed. Noise isolation is almost too good. For me, very comfortable.
Bad Points
Noise isolation is so good, you may not like it (even without music on, you'll struggle to hear someone talking to you, face to face). It's a personal thing whether you get on with these being so far in your ear.
General Comments
The Etymotic ER-6i are amazing headphones. The sound quality is excellent: we're talking equivalent to several thousand pounds worth of (full size) hifi here. The bass is light compared to other headphones; but it is at the correct level. If you want more bass, that's fine, but don't blame these headphones. The sound isolation is uncanny; I have been riding my motorbike, and looked to my left and realised a helicopter was taking off 20yards away. And all I could hear was hifi quality music, at the level I set it at when sat in the office. I've been using them for six months without fault. Buy them.
