Good Points

The software is easy to use and they accept PayPal.


Bad Points

Rubbish product with an even worse customer service and back up.


General Comments

I've used a few services like this - some good, some not so good. But Pixum were by far the worst of the lot - in every respect.

When the two booklets arrived, some of the pix whicxh should have been printer portrait were printed landscape, and vice versa. Where this had happened, half the pic was blocked black.

To make matters worse, two polite emails to the company eliicted no response. None.

    Dear drewmcadam,

    First of all our apologies for the questionable quality of the delivered booklets.
    Unfortunately we did not receive your emails, as we usually answer within 48 hours (working days only).

    The normal process after receiving a customer complaint is to check the delivered product against the ordered product. If the delivered product is not as ordered, we usually reprint the order free of charge.

    I always feel the need to please my customers, so I kindly ask you to send me your order number so I can have a look at it.

    Also just a small note, we do not accept PayPal payments yet, so you must have paid with your credit card as that is currently the only payment method we offer for our photo books.
