Good Points

Only good thing is that the person over the phone speaks English.


General Comments

I think there is a maximum of 2 people manning the telephone. There is a HSBC number to handle complaints, but nobody picked up the phone too. Terrible customer service. Takes on average an hour before you get to speak to someone on the phone, even after trading hours.
