General Comments

New £40 up front charge. 0700 premium rate contact number. Poor service. Bad web site. Very poor customer service. Takes ages to get Self Trade to answer the phone and you are waiting on a 0700 number that charge between 15p to 40p per minute !! Can't get email replies from them. £40 up front charge pa!
