Films are good.
Took off and landed on time.
Very careful to hose the plane down in winter to stop the ice forming on the wings.
Bad Points
Seats want replacing, really uncorfortable after a while.
General Comments
Food is not too bad. Once, I had 2 bread rolls with a filling of goats cheese, jam and wait for it, chocolate buttons - see what I mean about being at school. Surprisingly though, it was quite nice, mind you I was starving which might have had something to do with it!
Flown with KLM 3 times since July 08 to the Middle East. The staff are a bit mean and treat you as if you are part a class of naughty students, but, we are after all, in the year 2009 where nobody treats anyone with respect anymore, so I'm not really surprised.
But, their approach wouldn't stop me flying with them again.
