Good Points

The ladies in the help desk are very nice to talk too.


Bad Points

there is a lack consistancy, which I believe is due to the fact that this company is "trying to drive before it can walk", in other words, they havent the resorces to cope, and therfore should not be taking peoples hard earned money, until they can..


General Comments

I am a driving instructor in training with RED. So far I have coughed up over £3600, for the privilege. So far they have sent me training books, (all part one) is self learn and when you think you are ready you apply to the "DSA" to take the Highway Code and Hazard perception test " £80", if you pass you get the " £80 back, fail and the next you pay yourself and so on... The second stage "driving" they say, learn around your present job, "A joke", you learn around their availability.. if you want to cancel you need to give 2 days notice, its seems they dont need to give any in my experience.. Ive been offered lessons quiet a distance apart, and with different tutors..you are given self teach advice, which you are expected to go away and learn between lessons.
