I am sorry your other reviewers have had such bad experiences with Wickes - mine has been 100% positive. Liked the sales chaps - didn't feel pressurised to buy anything unnecessary. ETA for delivery was between 8 and 11 am - they phoned at 7.30, arrived at 7.50 and were gone by 8.40. Went away for the week so my fitter could get on - everything was there, nothing was damaged and it looks absolutely terrific. Am thrilled to bits. Put off getting a new kitchen for nearly two years because of all the horror stories I had heard but mine went like a dream. Store I used was in Letchworth, Herts.
