Actual building work and end product was ok.
Bad Points
Very bad administration, project management and customer service.
General Comments
Full of promises that turn to dust once the job is started. We're still struggling to get a completion certificate 3 years after the job was completed (actually the job was never completed in our eyes, but once they've been paid, they're off - never to be seen again).
