Good Points

Lots of functions for the money


Bad Points

Delicate inner screen cracks too easily. Expensive to repair


General Comments

Like many others on here my LG Cookie KP500 phone has a cracked LCD screen after only 4 weeks. Kept in a case and treated carefully - not a mark on the outer screen. Orange were useless - suggesting I had damaged the phone myself.

A shame as it isn't a bad phone - but it clearly has a design problem.
