Bad Points

In addition to the sync issue the touch screen scrolling is difficult without the stylus and the screen locking is intrusive.


General Comments

The LG KC910 Renoir us very disappointing, I have just upgraded to Vista and have been told by LG Support that they do not have software to sync with my PC.
