General Comments

US Airways is by far the worst airline I have ever flown with (Im a fairly frequent flyer, flying 2-3 times per month). On the outbound flight there was a problem with the aircraft and one of the engines wouldnt start, so after sitting in the plane for about 45 mins we had to de-plane and were changed to a later flight.
The return flight was even worse, we arrived at PHL to catch our connecting flight and were told the flight was oversold and we very rudely told we wouldnt be able to get seats and would have to wait till the late night flight. After mucking us around for 2 hours (at one point they told us there were enough seats and allowed us to board, only to find that they had counted wrong and there werent enough seats, so we had to get off the plane again) and promising compensation & lounge access, they didnt deliver on what they had agreed with us. The staff are very rude and uncompassionate, its just not worth the hassle, next time I will pay extra to not fly with this airline.
