Trying to get through to anyone! Call centre calls cost you an absolute fortune! I had to pay 6.80 in calls trying to get £3.50 refunded that I had been wrongly charged! Debenhams Store Card account now closed (I think) although as I was in credit - still waiting on my money being returned to me.
APR is really high too - only recommend if you are going to pay full balance.
