the good things about marks and spencers is that there customer service is o.k meaning they are quick at replying but absolute useless at replying to the anser of the question you asked them as i found out when i sent them 3 emails asking when a pair of slippers will be instock i got basicly got a reply of i havent got a clue when they will be in (not in those exact words but the impression came across came as that.)
