General Comments

Placed order with half price perfumes on02/05/09. received despatch notification 07/05/09. Chased up on 12/05/09 to check whether I could track the order. I got an email back to say they would track and get back to me. I sent another email 14/05/09. received another apology. Sent email on 15/05/09 and tried to 'phone several times at different times during the opening hours. All I got was a voicemail giving opening hours. there was no option to leave a message or call an alternative number. I sent another email on 18/05/09 asking for goods to be sent or refund. I received an email on 18/05/09 saying a refund had been actioned (today) and in the meantime they were still trying to treace my package.
No refund. I sent another email on 20/05/09 asking about my refund. I finally received a refund into my account on 26/05/09.
I've heard nothing further from Half Price Perfumes and I have my doubts about whether the order was ever despatched.
