being a regular customer at The Wedding Company ..my daughter bought her dress from the outlet , we rang up to put aside two bridesmaid dresses . the sales assistant served us , or should i say failed to be of any service due to her arrogant manner due to size of the dress ordered, if you are not a size 0 the service is poor. i have rang the store to complain.

Our most popular size in store is a size 22 and we are concerned to read this review. We are also unaware of any complaints been made but would be grateful if you contact us in store to discuss the matter further. Unfortunately dress sizes in store are on average 2 sizes smaller than normal dress sizes and it's hard to express this without people taking offence but under no circumstances should customers leave feeling upset.
