The Nationwide Internet Banking log on procedure is cumbersome , fickle and laborious. Please get it redesigned to work promptly in a timely manner. Why o Why does the internet bank not work p;romptly. You try to log on and wait, and then when you log on you are told try to log on later. The failure to access on line my accounts is driving me mad.
