General Comments

Recently purchased a 20 year old Honda CBR1000F Tourer with just 22000 on the clock. I had a new one, when they first came out and another in 1992. Since then have had 2 new Blackbirds and a GSX1000R. I must say that this impulse purchase is fantastic. It feels almost as breathtaking as a Blackbird when you give it full reign. Although not as nimble as a GSX1000, it feels a lot safer. Centre of gravity is much higher, but one only notices this at low turning speeds, and hauling on to the centre stand. Generally a good all round machine, with blistering speed and safety. As a mile eater, it is comfortable with a nicely designed protective fairing.
