Customer relations, organisation and cleanliness
General Comments
It's some years since I used Manchester Airport and I was really disappointed with my experience just recently. The staff were rude - they need to learn the importance of customer relations. There was building work inside T2, which probably led to the chaos at various gates withe queues blocking the concourse. Not a happy experience and I would try to avoid this airport. Liverpool - John Lennon is much more pleasant experience
