the customer service is rude, done nothing, always excuse I have called several times but I didn't receive calls.


General Comments

My home had a burglary July 2008, it was a really big and serious accident as the front door was totally broken and the bedroom was totally broken. I have been waiting for the insurance claims from Payment Shield , they said I have to wait for the all documentation from the police and all the receipt I have got. I've been waiting for them until this May 2009, then the final letter they sent me that
I have not provide them such a satisfied information and all document they required so they stated in the letter that my policy has been automatically cancelled and also my claim status has been declined. How come? You know since the time the burglary has taken place, then they immeidately send a new letter for raising my premium fee...
