Good Points

I found them very good at sales and survey.
I was very happy that they did not charge a premium for London.

Sales man very good.
Surveyor good
Fitters very good


Bad Points

The quality of the finish was very bad,
Regional manager very rude to the fitters and my self,
He seem only interested in reducing the money I owed in order to convince me to accept the damaged furniture. Regional installations manager, very very rude.


General Comments

I found 'Neville Johnson' very good at sales and survey.
I was very happy that they did not charge a premium for London.
The fitters were very good but when they opened the furniture on the day of my fit the quality of the finish was very bad,
The fitters rang the regional manager, who I must say came to site very quickly but was then very rude to the fitters and my self,
He seem only interested in reducing the money I owed in order to convince me to accept the damaged furniture.
If I had wanted poor quality I would not have ordered from a company who charge a premium but say they offer excellent customer service.
Sales man very good.

Fitters very good
