CPanel configuration.
Reasonable bandwidth.
Reasonably reliable until all hell breaks loose.
Bad Points
Awful communication.
Non-standard ports for CPanel and web mail.
Web mail slow.
General Comments
Both my website, and the 4uhosting home page, went offline sometime yesterday. Stayed offline until this morning. Their homepage is still missing. Never received updates from this company, but in general the service has been quite reliable over the past two years or so. Company seems to really want you to keep your domain names on their servers and has moved websites between servers without notice before. I'd seriously consider leaving unless the company improves contact-ability and general updates.
