Good Points

Product appears to be as described on website: despite low price it is not inferior quality.

Delivery service and customer service is abysmal.


General Comments

Ordered £400 worth of bedding on 2-3 day delivery option. It eventually took 15 days to arrive, and this was after stressful and inconvenient follow ups with Duvet and Pillow Warehouse and in particular Parcelforce (or 'Parcelfarce' as I am now told they are popularly known.) DAPW did not respond to any of my chaser emails, not even one inviting me to comment on their service following delivery of the product in which I set out my grievances. Their email setting out tracking numbers for Parcelforce was also non functioning until I worked out there were two consignment numbers which they had mistakenly joined together and needed to be manually separated.
Having arrived, we are however pretty pleased with the quality of the product, though there is quite a strong lingering smell of packaging. We assume this will go in time / after a first wash.
