General Comments
Talk Talk internet connection is THE worst in the world, no jokes here people. Now, i am a heavy internet user and also a very heavy (and may i say skilled) online gamer. For the first 9 months the connection was fine, disconected a few times a month but that wasnt a big problem. But come 2009 and it has gone to the dogs. I am constantly being disconnected and the bandwith is lower than a midget in a pot hole.
I cannot be online on my computer and my Playstation 3 at the same time, either one will disconnect.
The customer service is abysmal to say the least, it is run oversees by people who don't know the slightest thing of what they are on about. They told me to "troubleshoot" the problem using windows....YOU THINK I HAVENT DONE THAT AREADY!?! WHAT WILL THAT ACHIEVE!?!?!? They make you think that your the one who causing the problems, not them. They just make up excuse after excuse and do not help at all.
