Good Points

Lots of power, very good cleaning.


Bad Points

Needs maintaining, regular hose cleaning and fresh parts "belt and filter once a year" Better to do this than throw it away, our land fills are already full!


General Comments

I agree with many of the comments made here, however the Vax V006U cleaner does need looking after, we've had one for 3 years and the power is second to none, however there is a floor in the design. The hose is bent too tightly at the bottom of the cleaner so it gets clogged! I can't understand when people say it's messy to empty and puts the dust back into the air. Have they ever heard of emptying it directly into the wheely bin "outside". We also had a Dyson and this keeps cutting out after 5 mins of use, so the VAX is much better.
