General Comments
booked a holiday online with holiday hypermarket, paid online with agreed price. recieved email to say if i dont get an email to say it was processed then to contact them after 48 hrs. next day no contact so i phoned,was told system was down and not too worry someone would definately phone within 48 hrs. ( beginning to smell a rat) got an email to state that i had tried to make a payment the day before and to phone the number provided to which i did> cut a long story short holiday now not available but same one was for more money was
