None whatsoever!


Bad Points

Poor customer service.
Do not answer the telephone, machine only and do not return calls.
Do not refund money which is rightfully yours.


General Comments

Absolutely diabolical service. I had to return an item to Princess Sparkle and had nothing but trouble. This so called company have no idea how to treat customers. I had to wait over 6 weeks for a refund. Not a way to run a business. You should be ashamed with yourselves.

    I disagree with this review because... I have bought from princess sparkle and cannot fault them for service and prices. I bought two tiaras and returned one and got a refund in four days
