I sent my phone using the freepost bag on a Friday... it's been over a week & the phone has still not been received by mazuma mobile.
According to the post offuce, an address is required in order to use the royal mail special delivery service. This address is not on the free post bag sent by mazuma. Unfortunately, the post office can only compensate to the value of £36 which does not cover the value of my nokia 8800. Mazuma need to make the post office aware that they can recieve special delveries, as the one I went to had no clue !!!!
