Quick, rapid fire gear shift v easy, hydro formed alu tubing so the frame is light and solid etc etc.
Bad Points
Beware of which Halfords store you go to. I had to take mine back the day after a road cycyle to get another full 23 point check as the gears were slipping more than the normal chain stretch you get with a new bike. All good now 'though.
General Comments
Got the '09 GT Agressor 3 from Halfords. The bike is superb, easy gears, light enough. I have the bike as my main mode of transport to the offfice, to see friends/family, to church etc and it's been awesome the last few weeks.
GT have been doing this for decades and it's unsurprising the '09 GT range is as good as this. A reliable name for £390 you pay for what you get.
