Good Points

There was good legroom on the one flight we had with them.


Bad Points

Flight 1: changed times.
Flight 2: changed times, then later cancelled. 7 weeks waiting for a refund.


General Comments

I have now been waiting 7 weeks for a refund for the flight Sky Europe cancelled just before we were due to fly despite several expensive phone calls. Nothing other than automated acknowledgments three times from their Complaints Department. The prices may be good at times (they were for our one previous flight) but this issue with changing times and the trouble with getting a refund after they messed us around by cancelling our flight means I won't ever be booking with them again.
