General Comments
where do i start with good points... myself, husband, son (14) & daughter (8)... the staff were all totally fantastic, i felt safe at all times, especially as far as my children where concerned. All staff know my son & daughters names within a couple of days, they looked out for them. Teh hotel staff where ALL so friendly, always happy, nothing was ever to much trouble... my son cut his foot the day before we left, he was seen to straight away, given first aid, asked if we wanted a doctor, asked to fill out an accident form,someone checked to see if it could have been prevented (it was just one of those things), they came & found us to see if my sons foot was ok & that everyhing was ok..... we all had a totally magical holiday, a lot of that was down to the staff, hotel & the friendliness shown.... thank you so much AL DIWAN... i will be back
