Bad Points

Their return policy is ridiculous and the clothes are not very nice. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT!


General Comments

I will never deal with Newport News Women's clothing again! I ordered two dresses in March according to the measurements on their website and could not even zip them when they arrived. They looked faded and were cheaply made. I thought no problem, I will return them and get my money back. Boy, was I WRONG! I sent them back in the beginning of April and it has now been eight weeks and I still do not have my money returned. I have e-mailed them several times and continue to get a form letter stating it will take 4 to 6 weeks. Obviously, they do not have very strong math skills or they would know that it has already been eight weeks. I find it amazing that they were able to take my money instantly, but cannot seem to find the time to return it. I have dealt with many other companies and returned items with absolutely no problem.
