Good Points

Looks nice


Bad Points

Clothes come out smelling bad and often too wet to put in the dryer. Bosch customer support wasn't any help.


General Comments

I've been very disapointed with this model Bosch. It goes out of balance easily and I have to stop the unit and readjust the load. I can't run it when I'm not at home. I've had 5 technican's come by and balance it and replace the feet on it twice, but it dosn't make a difference. The last technican said this was common with Bosch washers.
