Good Points

no one single good thing can be said about them.


Bad Points

Customer service is shocking. The staff are rude and unhelpful and give out WAY TOO MUCH ATTITUDE to people whose money they are taking.


General Comments

Carphone Warehouse customer service is shocking, they will take your money very quickly and then once you are trapped they will treat you with contempt. The information that is held on record for you is consistently wrong, for example I took out phone insurance and they direct debitted my account every month, even after i cancelled my phone contract. When i phoned to cancel the insurance, which you have to do seperately, they said they had no record of me ever paying, despite me having the bank statements showing payment each month. I would NEVER go back with them or recommend them and their truely rubbish customer service.
