As i'm still fairly new so far the good points are only predictions. I think that just doing something about my weight thats simple to follow and not bugging me with weighing my food and etc is a major plus point. I have two jobs so having the shakes ready made is also good.
Bad Points
Well i'm already hungry but for motivation I just went onto the success stories part of the website which helped a little. I drink lots of water anyways but drinking so much means im constantly leaving the desk for the loo.
My main concern is evenings when i ususally pop into waitrose and buy something sexy to eat so tonight im going straight home.
I dont think i've ever thought about food so much its actually everywhere but then i think about how my love of food got me here and my laziness with exercise its my punishment and my fat bottom should deal with it.
General Comments
I started this Cambridge Diet today and i'm on sole source. So far I have had one tetra shake and the sandwhich guy just popped in at work and despite the fact i'm now starving I managed to a faint 'no thankyou', as am now thinking slim thoughts and picturing myself on that beach in September alongside all the other skinnys. At least this time the only vantage point they'll have on me is youth but thats something I have to live with.
I currently need to lose around 3 1/2 stone but I think after shifting 2 alone my figure will look better..
