General Comments

It has been 7 days since I ordered on bike outlet, although the funds were taken from my account I was given no information about whether or not the product was in stock; there was no reply to my emails until I phoned after 5 days to find my order was out of stock but should be in stock the day after. Only after the phone call did I receive any emails.

Since then I have heard nothing and am still waiting for my order to be delivered or even dispatched. Lack of communication /

    I am having similar problems getting any response from them, a search of the web reveals this is not uncommon. Should have done that before ordering shouldn't I?
