they are not in my state so i can't kick their ass.

General Comments

too many problems to list all for skate america. never received everything i ordered for over 3 months. they charge your credit card without authorization or notice for restocking fees or exchanges. had to call them about 6 times in 2 months. you have to pay for shipping to return the wrong items that they send out. they send items one or two at a time so it may take more than 2-3 months to get your stuff, if at all. you probably have to call them a dozen times to try to get you money back but they only give store credits. skateamerica sucks ass. one of the worst online retailers i've ever dealt with.
