Good Points

High Interest rates


Bad Points

Within a year, they will always lower the interest rates. Then they smuggly advertise a new account with higher interest rates! It's just not worth the hassel. I was even fined for going over drawn cause on the SAME DAY, money went out before it went in, i.e i was fined £25 for being overdrawn for a split second! I also get fined for not putting enough money in my account every month and if i make a withdrawal from one of my accounts i get no interest for that month. In summary, what appears to be money saving, ISN'T!


General Comments

A&L attracts customers with high interest rates, but read the small print.....too many catches which means you don't end up saving anything.
