Good Points

was curteous on the phone


Bad Points

Never followed up on requests from three calls and left a £2.5k whole on my credit card until the lock was released by SagePay after 7 days!!!!


General Comments

Ordered a Canon EOS 5D mark II via the Walters Photo and Video website and received the SagePay confirmation. Checking my email later in the day, I found an email from Walters saying "You are a fraud, get a job" . I was initially amused until I had found they had cancelled the order!!! There was some excuse about a low rating on my address but having spent 15 years there it was a very weak excuse .

Have just spent £3.5k with Jessops using same card and address and the base item was cheaper
