we purchased tickets several months ago, the gig is tomorrow after hours of waiting on hold we were told that our tickets would arrive today special delivery! imagine our dismay when one ticket arrived hand delivered by some stranger (not a postman - not even in an envelope) . one of us now has to miss the concert, thanks seatwave
