General Comments

I just want to add straight away that I have no yet flown on the flight I am booked on, but I am so fed up of the customer services at Thomas Cook airlines that I have decided to post this review.

Ever since booking my holiday in March I have been trying to book seats using the 'Your Seat Your Choice' option on the Thomas Cook airlines site. When I enter my details, the flight cannot me found. I ring the customer services to try and do it that way, 'somebody will ring you back within a week to sort this out'. Have I received a phone call? No! And I have been told this several times.

I have sent letters about this, and receive an automated reply which does not even address the points I have made.

I have spent hours in total on hold on a phone line which isn't cheap, to get through to somebody who does not have a clue.

I understand to some this may seem like a minor problem, but I have been most disappointed with the customer service I have received, and am still unable to book the seats I would like.
