Bad Points
The whole service, and to complain it costs you even more in calls. And it gets worse. The music your listening to while on hold keeps jumping and pausing.
General Comments
It seems most mornings I am unable to connect, Tiscali Broadband stated its is a fault with the exchange, however my neighbors with BT don't seem to have this problem. I also never get call backs to see if the fault has been resolved.
The billing is shocking and customer care non existent.
