Appalling Customer service at See Tickets.
For some unknown reason the take that tickets were sent out very late. From talking to their staff it appears they have logistical problems and often leave things to the last minute.

In my case they promised the tickets would be despatched one day to be delivered the next. This did not happen and now 3 days before the event the tickets are supposedly in the post but I will not be in to sign for them.


When i raised this- i got mixed responses ( once I was able to get through) - some stated no problems I could pick up the tickets from the box office, othere said categorically this was not the case
