On booking, we were told that our hotel was 5 mins from the airport. It was. But not the airport we flew into - which was 2 1/2 hours away and cost us 200 quid each way. To make matters worse, when we called Directline Holidays to complain the operator told us that she was not to be blamed for our financial worries!!!
