I arrived at the airport 1 hour prior to departure and there was no one at the Allegiant Air ticket counter to check us in. The agent was paged by other airline agents and even by the airport intercom. No one ever came out to check us in until after the plane had departed. I tried contacting them on the phone, was on hold for 30 minutes and no one ever answered. I don't recommend it. The cheap fares are not worth it. I end up buy a ticket with Southwest airline and had to eat the cost of the first ticket with Allegiant Airline.
